For districts and providers
Request an interpreter.
Tell us about the visit or the meeting. We confirm the interpreter and brief them before they walk in.
The form
Takes about 90 seconds.
For Early Intervention agencies and school districts — IFSP meetings, evaluations, IEP meetings, in-home related-service visits, parent-teacher conferences. Quotes come back the same business day.
What happens next
From request to interpreter at the table.
Each request follows a predictable path. The lead time varies with language and notice; the steps don't.
- Within an hour, weekdays. We confirm receipt of the request during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday). Requests outside that window get a reply by the next business morning.
- Same-day quote on common languages. Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and Mandarin requests confirm an interpreter within 24 hours and often the same day. Less common languages — Bengali, Wolof, Pashto, K'iche' — need three to five business days.
- We brief the interpreter before the meeting. Send us the IFSP or IEP draft, the evaluation, the agenda, and any specialized terminology likely to come up. The interpreter reads it before they walk in. We handle PII under FERPA-aligned and NJEIS-aligned terms.
- Five minutes early, every time. On-site interpreters arrive 5–10 minutes ahead of the start time and check in with the case manager. Video and phone interpreters join the call at the scheduled time. Confirmation goes to the requester and the regional manager.
